If you live near a lake or just enjoy the adventure in general, paddle boarding is an excellent pastime. However, a day spent outside is not kind to the skin. Sunscreen is non-negotiable, carry it every time

Most importantly, do not skip the aftercare

Thus, taking care of the skin after paddle boarding is also equally important. Wash your face and body thoroughly. Be thorough with the aftercare moisturization and hydration. Using cooling products like aloe vera gel and ceramide-based creams to calm down your skin.
